This giveaway is governed by these Official Rules. By participating in this giveaway you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, including eligibility requirements, and you acknowledge that the results of the giveaway as determined by GoWild Alpha Inc., who is administering this giveaway on behalf of GunBroker.com are final in all respects. This giveaway is neither endorsed by, nor sponsored by, nor affiliated in any way with any of the non-GoWild and GunBroker.com companies or products mentioned on the web pages or other marketing materials associated with this giveaway. Each non-GoWild and GunBroker.com company and product has its own registered trademarks that are not owned by GoWild and GunBroker.com, nor is the company or their trademarks affiliated in any way with the GoWild and GunBroker.com or this giveaway.

Winner Selection. On 2/12/2024, the winner will be selected by a random drawing. If the selected winner does not respond or chooses to not accept within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in their place. This selection process will repeat until the winner is selected.

 

How to Enter. All GoWild members that are following the GunBroker.com account on the platform, GoWild will be entered for a chance to win the prize package. One entry per person.

 

No purchase necessary – There is no Alternate Method of Entry. If you wish to enter this promotion, you must be a registered member of GoWild following the GunBroker.com account by 11:59 p.m. eastern time (ET) 2/11/2024.

 

Eligibility. This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK), 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. GoWild Alpha Inc. and GunBroker.com employees and their immediate families are not eligible for this promotion.

 

Conditions.

By entering, you accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of GoWild Alpha Inc. and its judges.

Any and all state, local or federal taxes and/or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Based on the value of prizes, a portion of winnings may be withheld to satisfy IRS requirements. Winners will be required to complete and deliver all necessary local, state, and/or federal tax reporting documents to GoWild Alpha Inc., including but not limited to a W-9 form containing sensitive and private information of the winner, which forms and information will be used by GoWild Alpha Inc. only for tax reporting purposes, and winners should send this information to GoWild Alpha Inc. through an encrypted e-mail or via mail. GoWild Alpha Inc. does not provide any tax advice to winners regarding the giveaway and/or prizes and winners should consult with their tax advisors before accepting any prize.

Prizes are not transferable.

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.

Submission of an entry to this Contest constitutes permission for GoWild Alpha Inc., GunBroker.com and its agencies to use winners’ names and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity in any media worldwide without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. The selected Winner shall complete any documents requested by GoWild Alpha Inc., affiliates or partners, granting GoWild Alpha Inc. and its affiliates and partners the worldwide rights to use Winner’s submission, name, photograph, recordings, or other likeness for advertising and promotional purposes.Winners may be required to execute and return within seven (7) days of date printed on notification, an Affidavit or Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any other documentation GoWild Alpha Inc. reasonably requires for prize fulfillment.

If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that GoWild Alpha Inc. accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of the prize awarded hereunder.

GoWild Alpha Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or terminate the giveaway, without notice, at its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if GoWild Alpha Inc. determines that the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned, or should a virus, bug, tampering, or unauthorized intervention, technical failure, or other cause beyond GoWild Alpha Inc.’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the giveaway. In the event of tampering or unauthorized intervention, GoWild Alpha Inc. reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue.

GoWild Alpha Inc. is not responsible for any errors in the offer or administration of the giveaway, including the posting of these official rules, inaccurate transcription of entry information, human error, technical malfunction, the inability to access any website or online service, selection or announcement of any winner, or distribution of any prize.

This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

By entering this giveaway you agree that if you win a prize, GoWild Alpha Inc. can publish your first name, last initial, and state of residence in any media now known or hereafter developed throughout the world, without limitation. We publish this limited information to protect your identity and announce the winners.

Void Where Prohibited by Law.  This giveaway and your participation in it is void where prohibited by law. You are responsible for determining whether this giveaway is legal/ not prohibited in your state.  

General Conditions. These Rules contain the entire agreement and understanding among the parties, and supersedes any and all other agreements, understandings, and representations other than those specifically set forth herein. Any modifications of these Rules shall be in writing and provided to all parties.

Dispute Resolution. Except where prohibited, each Contestant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action asserted by Contestants arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved by good faith discussions between the parties. Should these good faith discussions prove unavailing, then any dispute may only be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and must be exclusively venued in the State of Kentucky.

Choice of Law Provisions. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Contestants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of GoWild Alpha Inc. and GunBroker.com in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Kentucky, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Kentucky.
