This bag is great! You won’t need any other bag for spring! I’ve shared a few posts about this bag, but the only thing I haven’t liked, is not having a cup holder on the side. An easy fix with a carabiner and a water jug, but keeping it honest. I was iffy about the color at first, but seeing it out there really showed how well it blends.

GoWild’s Thrifty Fifty is built strong with 600D oxford fabric, has 15 total pockets and pouches,  and comes at a fraction of the cost of most 50L bags. Whether you’re packing heat, or just a computer, this bag is ready for duty. 

The Thrifty Fifty is built to be customized. It’s loaded with more than 70 MOLLE straps for custom attachments. The bag features seven compression buckles, which can also be used to carry additional items. The bottom of the bag has two adjustable straps, which can function as compression straps, or to carry camp chairs, sleeping bags, etc. 

The shoulder straps are 3” at the top, and taper in size for comfort on those long days. Straps come with a chest strap for additional weight, and a hip strap for those heavy loads and tough hikes. Bag features an elastic cover for customization for a hydration pack (not included).

Laptop Sleeve
Fits most 17” laptops. Padded sleeve for added protection. 

Front Pouch
Large enough to hold most tablets, and has five storage pockets for quick access. 

Top Pocket
Perfect for a water bottle, survival kit, flashlights, etc. 

Mid Layer Pocket
A large sized pocket with two mesh pockets and a large interior pocket. Zipper runs deep, allowing good access.

Mac Daddy Pocket
The largest pocket on the bag zips 300º around the bag, providing amazing access and helping you avoid digging for your gear. This pouch features an oversized rear pocket for hydration packs (not included), and two mesh pockets (one zippered). Each mesh pocket would hold a large tablet. 

All GoWild Thrifty Fifty packs include a GoWild patch with velcro backing, and a monotone, Military-style American flag.

Color

Pack fabric feels thin and light; cheap. Stitching is not centered down each shoulder/chest strap. Only plus is it’s size and number of pockets. I’m dissatisfied and should have saved the $30 and went to ROSS to purchase the same size, more durable 511 Tactical pack for half the cost

This is the mother of all bags!  There is a ton of room in this bad boy!  So many pockets, compartments, and ways to stow gear in it and on it.   I load this bag up every weekend with snacks, beverages, electronics, essentials, extra clothes and more to head out ice fishing. Great shoulder straps and clips for a secure carry. 

This bag has it all, room for everything, tons of compartments of different sizes for organization, it’s amazing! There’s also lots of ways to attach things and have literally everything at your fingertips! Can’t wait to use it for all my trips!
