I would make a salad out of the greens I used to grow: Italian lettuce, spinach, turnip greens and beet greens. Topped with Italian dressing. 😋

Looks awesome, can't wait to experiment with squirrel and rabbit later this hopefully I'll get around to venison eventually, that's a significant investment
