I’d like to try them that way, but I’m not into the scaling and cleaning. I just fillet batter and fry. I hear the fins are the best part…

@Jim....There's alot of people has told me the same about the fins, but I pull them off and discard them...it is a little work to them but it is worth it!!! 😉👍
