    I am all about turkey salad made from the legs and thighs of birds I’ve harvested. Goooood stuff!!

    Could never understand why some don't keep these parts as well. Cooking it right means more meat for the freezer. How about the heat, liver and gizzard? Do ya'll use those? I know I love them from regular turkeys.

    @David not a fan of liver no matter what animal it comes from…. I do eat deer heart, however. Never had gizzards, but my wife is a connesieur.

    @Gobbler I love them. The first i go after when I roast a turkey for Thanksgiving. Love liver and onions too. Grew up on it.😋
