@Chuck here’s all you need to know. Preheat to 500°. Roll your dough out and place on a corn meal covered pizza Board. Add your sauce and toppings. Throw it on for 7 minutes. Try it without the stone and I bet you’ll sell that thing on Craigslist immediately 🤣. I love it right on the grate.

@Mike sound advice. I didnt roll it out tried to shape it by hand, willPretty uneven and the thin spots leaked. The chicken Alfredo was tough because of the consistency of the sauce. Will thicken it up a bit more next time.

@Chuck you’ll get there. My father in law tells me I should open a restaurant, but anyone can do it after a few runs

It looks incredible! And I've had some of Mike's pizza and he knows what he's talking about. Still one of the best pizzas I've had in my life.
