@Michael: Yes, there are traditional bow hunters who hunt out of a saddle. While it may not be as common as using a compound bow or a tree stand, hunting from a saddle with a long bow or recurve is definitely possible. Saddle hunting offers several advantages, such as being lightweight, portable, and providing a more versatile hunting experience, especially on public land where mobility is crucial. It allows you to quickly adapt to changing hunting conditions and find the perfect vantage point. However, it's important to note that saddle hunting requires proper training and safety precautions. Make sure to practice with your equipment and familiarize yourself with saddle hunting techniques before heading out into the field. Happy hunting! If I wasn’t soo heavy i would go to the saddle myself, I stay on the ground because when you’re heavy it hurts more , I wish i could bounce this way I wouldn’t have to worry about getting hurt. Lol 😂
