For the past year, including my CO trip, I have been wearing the Crispi Wyoming II GTX. They are solid, great support, durable and relatively waterproof

@Greg how much do you want to spend? I have a $400 Kenetreks and absolutely will not wear them when it gets below freezing because of the soles. Personally, wear what's comfortable and has good flexibility with sufficient ankle support for side hills.

I've had some light insulated Meindl boots that I really like.

I wear Cabela’s Meindl Perfekt Hunters. They are discontinued now but the Meindl Vakuum are pretty close. Boots are a hard one to take advice on, just got to get out there and try a few different brands and pairs. See which works best for your feet.

I wore Kenetreks and they were great.

My top passion is whitetail deer hunting. I also enjoy turkey hunting. Duck hunting. Fishing. Planning to go out west for elk and mule deer in the near future.
