@Shem Most folks don’t believe you can make syrup from black walnut sap. It’s a bit of a pain in the arse because it has pectin in it and clogs up the filter when straining at the end. I looked on line and some was being sold for $35 / 5oz. That’s nearly $1000 per gallon. Insane. Glad you like it. My evil plan is to get everybody hooked on it and then start charging. Wahahahaaaaa
