Might I recommend Fourth Arrow swing arms. I do not self film however I can attest to their durability. I use on with my tripod when feral hog hunting. It gives me far better range of swing with my AR when swinging for follow up shots! Yes I mount my AR to the swing arm for smooth swings on follow up shots.
