    I have not tried it but this year I will. I was scolded by my Amish friend who told me next time save the heart .

    Heart is my fav. If you take the time to clean the sinus off it’s the most tender piece of meet on the entire animal. I made moose heart fajitas and converted a couple people.

    I love sautéing it and making some tacos. I’ve taken my last two animals with rifles and shot the heart. I’m not actually upset but it’s been two years since I’ve had one!
