Lol no, can’t keep cats in WI unless you get an exemption from the DNR or draw a bobcat tag for trapping season. Even if he was found dead or the DNR authorized dispatching them, the DNR wants them turned in for research and biological studies.

We've been trying to get a season for years here in indiana. Last year they just benched it and said they wouldn't even look at it for another 5 years.
