What’s bear meat taste like just asking

@Tom it is really good. It is a little more mild than deer. You will hear people complain about it being strong and greasy. I was told the first time I killed a bear that the key is to remove all the fat that is wear the harshness. comes from. I have always done that and have never had anything but good mild flavor. My wife who can be sensitive about game meat really likes it. I take it to parties or gathering so people can try it and everyone who has tried it has liked it.

What type of hounds do you run? Would love to run hounds on bear

@Noah I am not positive but I think they are Walkers. I would highly recommend it, it is physically tough but even more fun. I loved it.
