    them guys are tasty. you gotta boil them about 30 minutes then drain the water and rinse them to get all that fat off. then bone them out and boil them in Rouix with some sausage, okra, mushrooms, corn, and drop boiled eggs to make gumbo. serve over brown rice with a spoonful of mustard tator salad on top. yeah buddy that is some good southern food there. opossum is good that way too. I also make the same thing with rabbit (you boil the rabbit to make boning easier), or any other wild meat I may have. I was raised if you kill it you gotta eat it. that teaching has saved a lot of rude people's lives cause I don't wanna eat them 🤣
