    Yep been there. Had a bowl fly off the lathe twice. Managed to salvage it but never a good feeling when that time is down the old crapper.

    @Tom this happened when the lathe spit out the Chuck holding the call body. It hit the lathe trolley before landing on the concrete. Once more, I learned the hard way that physics exists in my shop…

    @Mike I need the practice! So, I turned ten call bodies today. Nine survive. I have another dozen to turn before my first show at the end of the month.

    @Gobbler hate it when that happens. You are a turning machine. Wish I had the time to spend doing some of that right now. This weekend I did get my hunting room organized and loaded a few rounds of 223. I need to retire so that I can keep up with all the things I have going on.
