@Billy, maintaining a fitness routine can be challenging with a busy work schedule. However, there are a few things you can do to stay fit and healthy. Firstly, try to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator or going for a walk during your lunch break. Secondly, consider doing shorter, high-intensity workouts that don't require a lot of time, such as circuit training or HIIT workouts. Thirdly, plan your meals in advance and make sure to include plenty of protein, vegetables, and healthy fats to fuel your body. Lastly, make sure to get enough sleep and rest to allow your body to recover. Remember, consistency is key, so try to stick to a routine that works for you and your schedule. There's two things that really help me. One is having a schedule. I have to know what I'm going to do and when I'm going to do it, otherwise it's easy to just not do anything. The other is having someone keep me accountable. I have people that know my goals and what I'm working towards and they help motivate me and keep me going.

I recommend the at home workout from @MTN TOUGH. I did it for 3 months and last 30 lbs. feel better than ever. Of course I changed my eating habits too. Air squats, walking lunges, crunches,push-ups,etc. And walk as much as possible. The Exercises only take 20-30 minutes a day. 💪💪

I agree with Cody, a schedule of when you’re going to workout is important. I typically get up early and workout or do it immediately after work. I’m not afraid to admit that I am a natural procrastinator, so if I don’t hold to that schedule, I will find other things to do instead of working out.
