Shoot I agree just donât buy itâŚ. Itâs not that difficult of a choose. People just like to be petty now a days unfortunately but hey you have plenty of GoWild members that know this is a great company! So just let it roll off like water on a ducks back! Hope you have a great day!!!

I think youâve handled it well (for whatever thatâs worth lol). People are too quick to react with the first emotional thoughts that pop into their heads without stopping for a little bit to really think about the issue(s) at hand and how to better approach things. Youâve addressed issues without directly attacking the guy (you donât see that much on social media these daysâŚ), bringing up his points, countering them, and making your own. You stood for a partnership and product that you believe in. You then used the âincidentâ to address the community on what was brought up, how you handled it and why you handled it that way. I think that lets us know what to expect. It shows us how you look at things and why you look at them that way. Well done! Nobody here asked to read my half of a dissertation here today, so if you made it this far thank you lol.

When running a business your always going to have someone that disagrees with you itâs just the way it is. Sometimes people maybe have a reason and sometimes its just someone with a difficult personality. Either way you just got to do what you feel is right and keep rolling.

I would love to say Iâm surprised this was even an issue at all, but sadly Iâm not. Just keep doing what you are doing Brad. GoWild is growing rapidly for a reason. Just my two cents đ¤ˇââď¸đ

@Tom it happens sparingly. Not the first time or the last Iâm sure.

Thank you for having the backbone to stand your ground. I think that's a hard thing to find nowadays.

I think you handled it well, for what itâs worth. You were polite, explained your position, and moved on. You never know whatâs going on in the other personâs life that may have contributed to his response. Could be having a bad day, or he could just be one of those people who complain and bitch about everything. As one old saying goes, âSome people would bitch if they were hung with a new rope.â If it was just a bad day, he will likely regret deleting his account and come back. If it is the latter, good riddance. You / we donât need that aggravation.

Hey some people yâall canât or shouldnât please. I personally will not purchase anything thatâs not made in the USA and donât worry about the cost if I need it. Keep up the good work young man!! I love what youâve built here and will always be a supporter!

If you purchase quality gear you pay for it! No different than kuiu, firstlite, badlands, etc. If I needed another one I would buy it đŞđŞ

First of all you did the right thing in how you approached his comments, you took the high road and didn't sink to his level of snide attacks, petty bickering and self entitlement of being right no matter what. In this day and age there's no pleasing everybody, every time. There's those out there that have to have something to batch, piss their panties and complain about just to make their lives maybe mean something.
Secondly, partnering with a veteran owned company that makes their products here in the USA is a win for everyone.
I'll admit I was taken aback a bit by the price, but I stand behind 100% your decision to make this partnership. And I understand it. How can anyone not understand it? We're supporting a veteran owned American company!
Keep up the great work and leadership!Brad L

Reminds me of the punk rock and metal scene. When a band (company) makes it big, theyâre called sellouts by their original base. When they charge the going rate for tickets that match their quality, it outrages those that want something for nothing. Never apologize bro. The proof is in the pudding. Both you and @GORUCK sold out your supply in a matter of days. Screw the petty. I once had someone rip on my high end gear. Hereâs what I told him:

@Mike blunt and succinct. I love it. I get the same comments from some people on how much I might spend on fishing gear and such, even when I say how much I pay for a quart of oil for my car!
And when I went to the NWTF auction last fall and those shows this spring and how much I spent or charged, they look at me likeDavid N

@David I have a tree growing out of my head. I just say my bills are all paid, food on the table, Im 56 and live in a free country, your opinions are neither required or desired.

With all things said, You handled it well. People are odd to say the least and will choose to die on hill for whatever belief or âfeelingsâ they have. Is the bag cheap? Not at all. But that old saying sticks, you get what you pay for. And if that means I pay a little more to support a VETERAN ran company and keep my dollars in my country, I do so. You want a $50 backpack you got off the big box store shelf and risk being miles out in the middle of now where and that bag has a catastrophic failure only because you wanted to save a few dollars and buy some Chicom garage? Have at it. For me, and I would say 99% of the good folks on here, see it as supporting our Veterans Number one, and getting a quality piece of gear made here, in USA. Ever since I was introduced to the app through @The podcast, I have found, finally, a social media platform that doesnât judge, doesnât look down upon, just good people with a love for the outdoors. So it goes, canât please everyoneâŚ

So what youâre saying is the guy was mad he couldnât afford it. In that case Iâm pissed about a LOT of gear items! đđđ
Brad L

@Greg đ. Iâm still big mad I canât get the $200K camper van I want!
Brad L

@David itâs true. We sell some cheaper bags, too. They will last you through several seasons, but theyâre gonna wear out. Theyâre cheaper on price because theyâre made efficiently. I would never recommend one of those for a 10 day hunt, although theyâd probably make it through. But for a beginner hunter or someone wanting a day pack, those bags are great and serve their purpose. There is no doubt the GORUCK bags are infinitely better though

Nor should you have to apologe. People are very quick to forget the debt owed to the services. Amd their very quick to avoid thi King the uncomfortable and painful thoughts of how life would have been, of ot wasn't for the services putting themselves at risk, so we find have to. All th3 good memories we have and times shared with good people, we owe to them. Neonate without them. Life would have been so different, we shouldn't have had those experiences. Or memories.
On a less personal note, service men and women that put the time in with their packs over the years bring their own experience and education Into their products, so why shouldn't it be worth what it's worth.
Worth is worth what it's worth, end of story.
Like you said, there's no obligation to buy, although supporting veterans rebuilding their lives is a worthwhile way of doing itBrad L
