    Yeah not much you can do for a dog when that happens, a copperhead no big deal !

    I hunted for 50 plus years in the NC mountain’s and I ran into a many copperhead and got a half dozen hounds bit but never lost one , I never saw a Rattlesnake in though except on the road I was lucky I guess I always felt I had a guardian angle looking after me though the things I lived through
