@Jim than you sir! I’ve only had two in my life that I couldn’t track down and they both haunt me to this day. Definitely the only part of hunting I don’t like. Fortunately we got trail cam pictures of him about a month later and he seems ok, but still knowing I put a bad shot on him breaks my heart.

Well that great he is still there to hunt though!! I’ve done the same.. I’m sure if we all are truthful we all have!! Good luck on him this year
