    I had a couple of those corer/peelers. Along with making maple syrup with them, making apple sauce with my kids are among some of my most cherished memories of them.

    @Gobbler we haven’t tried making applesauce yet what’s your recipe or process?

    @Steve basically, just cut the apples into 1” pieces, put them in a big pot on the stove, add water, sugar, and cinnamon to taste and render it down to the consistency you prefer. I like my applesauce chunky so it didn’t take as long as it would if you prefer a smoother texture.
