Preparing for My First Crossbow Hunt: Setting Up at the Perfect Spot for a Big Buck

How do you like the crossbow? I’ve been thinking about getting one. Good luck out there 🏹

@John this is my second crossbow. I bought a cheap one to start to see if I would like it. Never hunted with that one because I just wasn’t comfortable shooting it at an animal. But once I got my hands on this Missions crossbow I was ready to go. Like a night and day difference. Like anything else, you get what you pay for. There are more expensive ones for sure, but this one is all I need.

@Tom mission is what I’m looking at too. Which one is it? Sounds like you’re happy with it. I’m hoping I can find a used one at some point.

@John mine is the MXB charge. I also got mine used but I know the guy I bought it from. He had two and was looking to sell the other one too.

@Tom good deal. Hope you can connect on that big buck. My buddies dad has a Ravin & I killed a couple of deer with it last year and really liked it. But, from looking around I really like the mission crossbows.

@John you won’t be disappointed. I like the Ravins but they are over my budget lol.

@Tom they’re over mine too. But, seems like the mission line up has really good reviews. I’ve always had good luck out of my Mathews bows as well, I think that maybe pushing me towards the mission as well.
