    I used to thrill to the Aurora Borealis when night fishing in Canada as a young man. No light pollution and the spectacular show reflected off the mirrored surface of the lake. I love our natural world!

    When I was a young Marine (a lifetime ago)I was deployed on the Russian border in northern Norway. I could read a book bye the northern lights.
