Hope you liked it! I've eaten deer meat all my life and prefer it over beef. I can see how it's hard tho if you didn't grow up eating venison.

@Zach Schrock It wasn’t bad, but I will have to try to acquire the taste (and texture, though I may not have cooked it right).

First time cooking and eating deer heart.  Not gonna lie, as someone who didn’t grow up eating game meat, this is/was a bit of a mental challenge for me.  But I plan to continue making the most of every animal I harvest.
