My goals are basically to improve cardio and core strength. I already do tree work for a living so that definitely helps me but I don't always feel like doing a workout after I get home from a day of work!🤨😀

Pretty much the same…. Need to drop about 10 lbs to get back down to 160. While I live a very active farm lifestyle, the GoWild and MtnTough challenge has really pushed me beyond what I typically do on a daily basis. I can already see significant strength improvements after just 3 weeks. Need to prioritize cardio. My lung capacity never fully recovered following CoVID, and I need to focus on that.
