So close, yet so far…. Stay on ‘em. They’ll slip up sooner or later. It’s amazing how much a creature with a brain the size of a pea can teach us! Don’t ask me how I know…. 😉🤨🤪

Never understand why farmers go chase birds away? It happen to me several years ago when I got permission on private land for the weekend. I had this guy chasing 30 birds with his truck while I was trying to stalk on ground. We had a bit of talk he was an ass$$$$ Saying he didn’t chase birds with his truck. It wasn’t his land cuz i talked to the landowner myself. Bad thing was he had little young boy with him teaching him wrong things about hunting. He must disliked turkey hunters. 🤦‍♀️😡 however I was able to bag bird the next day.

@Casi glad you were able to get one the next day! That's wild. In the farmers defense from yesterday, he was putting fertilizer down in the hay field. So he was just getting work done. We talked for a little bit and he was apologetic. He didn't know we were there. I told him it was ok because I knew he had work he needed to get done.
