@Joshua Leclair that is a fact!  Thank god for Buddy heaters or we would’ve froze.

@Mike Paulus we’re ya in a ground blind 

@Joshua Leclair we make our own deer huts.  We take old trailers, frame them like a house with windows, than put old barn tin on them.  This lets us be mobile so we can move as the deer do.  It is similar to a ground blind but it cuts the cold winter wind much better.

Came out with 8 does and I could tell he was very wide.  I had to make a quick decision and couldn’t be happier.  He has decent mass and width but Short tines.  I love managing my heard with muzzleloaders , it so rewarding to see the following year.  Another bonus is he will feed our family for the year.  The girls where so happy they wanted to take a picture.  I would like to thank my wife as well for helping load him up, because it was -12 in Iowa today with 25 mph wind and gust to 40.  They say wind chill was pushing -35.  I will say nothing better than a deer that drops in his tracks when it’s this cold.
