@Lisa it wasn’t the coolest story we have lol we started this bear off a bait on the edge of a cedar swamp. The dogs circled him through the swamp and put him up a tree after a relatively short race. That was the shortest part of the story. The closest we could get the CanAm was 1/2 mile. It took us 2.5 hrs to get to the bear, get it shot and quartered and get back out. Some of the thickest swamp we’ve caught one in, nothing but rabbit trails to get through. There was a lot of ducking and going around to get through

Wow! Well, it IS for sure an interesting story!! 2 1/2 hours 😵.....hounds probably thought nothing of it as they raked against probably several sharp branches. Bet you were relieved once the work was all done and you could think back on it.
