Years ago I used to track macros religiously and I’ve fallen off. This post is the reminder I needed. I really like how you recommend just setting a simple goal for each meal. I’d prefer that over tracking the overall number. Simple is best for this feller. Thanks dude!

I eat clean. 99% of what I eat is single ingredient food, the main packaged food I eat is oatmeal. I try to get about 100 grams of protein a day.

I don't track my calories or any numbers. I do eat balanced meals as much as possible especially for dinner.
