Nice catch! I've been wanting to make the trip down to Florida and fish for snook, jack, and tarpon. Check out fishaholic on YouTube, the guy gives good tips on fishing all over Florida from a kayak.

Inshore fisherman! I'm planning another trip to the flats and mangroves. I've had great success in the past but would like to be a little more methodical and strategic when it comes to fishing  the tides and certain structure and vegetation.  

I would appreciate any and all advice and rules of thumb regarding this. 

Also if you have a few lures or soft plastics you won't leave the house without I'd love to know about them.
