    @Joshua my furthest yet. I can shoot 2.5 inch groups at 500 with that weapon. By far my most accurate weapon I’ve ever owned and it’s a muzzleloader lol

    @Mike what kind

  • Mike's avatar

    @Joshua it’s a fisher custom 45 cal smokeless muzzle loader .

    @Mike what kinda scope is that

  • Mike's avatar

    @Joshua Burris eliminator 4. It’s a range finding scope

  • Joshua's avatar

    @Mike that’s cool looking expensive as all get out

    @Joshua 270 grn bullet at 3000fps still has 231 inches of drop at 500 yards. Scope was worth every penny to me for this application

    @Mike does the scope figure all that out

  • Mike's avatar

    @Joshua it does after you set it up. I had to cronograph my projectile to get my velocity. I took the velocity and projectile weight and got an idea of drop. I then had to zero at 100. After that was finished I took a 4x8 sheet of plywood and stood it up and hung my target up 20 feet above it. Then had to shoot 750 yards. At that range I had 231 inches of drop. Programmed that into the scope with my b.c. And it is now dead on. Trick with this scope as with any scope is you need an accurate gun. This muzzy is fay far the most accurate weapon Ive ever shot. Same hole groups at 100. If you have a rifle you want to put it on, there is all the info on most cartridges so you don’t have to do the 750 yard shot to get your drop. It’s way more simple with cartridge ballistics.
