@Dave it is! He owns about 200 acres and had this pond built many years ago. You can see it from his house. He just finished the dock earlier this year. Has pieces of the land in farm crops and the rest wooded. Feels out in the country but during deer season there’s quite a bit of traffic on his little 1 car wide road.
