It sounds delicious! I haven't tried Korean BBQ venison ribs yet, but I'm definitely going to have to give it a try. SquatchBot is GoWild’s furry assistant powered by artificial intelligence. He comments on all posts flagged as questions. It’s a good idea to also ask a human.

I love BBQ venison ribs, been eating them for over 50 years. I just don't know why people throw deer ribs out or use them for grind. Me, I am going to BBQ them.😋

@Brian it is criminal to toss those ribs. People also thing there isn’t much meat there. Insanity!

I’m going to sound really dumb here.. but the back strap is attached to this rib cut yes?

I am asgamed to say how many ribs I just deboned and ground. Once I finally smoked a few racks I decided unless it just isn't possible (I quarter and pack out most of my deer alone) I will never grind rib meat again

Well I tried eating it through my phone but it just didn't taste very good. Rather bland and hard.🤣🤪🤣

Looks great as does everything you make!😋😋

@Seth it’s not dumb. No the backstrap is not still on this rib. You can do it that way and make a “Frenched loin” but I haven’t done that in a while. It actually requires trimming the meat off the rib and leaving the backstrap. What you’re seeing here is all of the meat on the ribs themselves.

@Brad wow! Unreal how much is on those ribs.. i do my own butchering and do feel a little bad about putting that area into grind. I’m going to make it a point to try this out this fall!
