    I always have a hard time with what to do with the legs!?

    @David chicken broth, water oregano, thyme, garlic, one small onion sliced, one small orange slices, 3 baybleaves, one small cinnamon stick. Cook slowly forb6-8 hrs until the meat is falling off the bone. Then shred it and use it in taquitos, enchiladas, tacos, nachos, shredded sliders, etc. The possibilities are endless! You won't be disappointed!
