A buddy and I get them in a quick teriyaki marinade and grill them with onions, but they're good no matter what. I might try something different this year. What do you do?

@Samuel my favorite way is salt, pepper, white onion and olive oil. Simple and delicious.

Cut into thin steaks, coat with fish batter and fry, Andy's Cajun fish fry is my personal favorite
