@Mike Larsen thank you! It was a fun season for sure! Between my wife and I we ended up getting 5 deer & our oldest son getting to see his first deer killed. I ended up making a poor shot on a decent buck early in archery season, that’s the one I wish I had a redo on. But, the buck made it. A couple of my buddies saw him through the rest of season so hopefully I’ll get another crack at him next season.

butchering & field work

Last weekend was the end of bow season here in Ky. Hunted several times and was able to fill a few more tags. Cleaned my deer over at dads shop which comes in handy. But, our middle son wanted to go and help me both times. He always wants to go help no matter what I’m doing. Love that he likes to help & I’m hoping that he wants to do that with me for many years to come.
