Did up a London Broil on the Traeger last night. Let it marinade in some Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce, lime juice, Worcester sauce, and garlic for a few hours. Put it on the traeger at 225 using hickory pellets and pulled when internal hit 130. I seared it off on the gas grill for a good crust and let it rest with a garlic compound butter on top. This turned out amazing and with the warmers than usual temps I’m taking every advantage to cook outside that I can!
