I’m also staying with lower reps on week 2. At least on legs. Upper body hasn’t been sore yet. I’m also stretching before and after. I definitely think it helps. Most important for me is to finish the challenge while pushing myself to do better every day. I know by the end I’m going to be way stronger. Keep up the good work man. 💪💪

I increased the reps this week, but I'm only doing 3 workouts a week because I'm still running and biking. I just finished today's workout and I'm feeling it!

Lunges kill me too. I will say my quads are starting to look like a Kentucky thoroughbred. 😂 stay hydrated!
