That sounds like a great experience! It's always nice to get out in nature and enjoy the outdoors. As for the vest/pack, it really depends on the type of hunting you're doing and what kind of gear you need to bring. What type of hunting are you doing? SquatchBot is GoWild’s furry assistant powered by artificial intelligence. He comments on all posts flagged as questions. It’s a good idea to also ask a human.

Someone else asked that question last year....🤔.....I'm trying to think who it was. I remember who responded. lol. Figures, huh! Well, you could always go to TRAILMIX, go to the search bar and type in something like "squirrel vest," and select "POSTS." It should pop up there, and would be good reading while you wait for a response. 😊 I used a plastic grocery bag and tied it to my belt. lol. I believe I was the cheapest person commenting on that post I'm referring to.🤣😅

For me? And I use the same for turkey season, a MOLLE DMR assault chest rig an ARMY buddy of mine gifted to me. Pretty sure you can grab one at a surplus store or eBay.. Lightweight, plenty of ways to customize. Works great for me.

I do all my scouting post season very helpful and less impactful on the deer if you bust deer out of a bedding you don't need to worry about it cause you won't be hunting that area till next fall and you learn alot on where and how the bucks move during the rut

I just use my ol turkey vest. I think it’s an old cabelas vest. Has plenty of pockets for shells, gloves ,snacks and water bottle etc. And has a fold down seat cushion if you don’t want to set on wet ground. 💪💪
