    @Ryan really? I figured it would be later than what we start seeing it in the year! Learn something new everyday. She laid down and he showed up then she left. He hung out for a little while. I've seen from the stand does stay back or run off when the bucks show up through October where I'm at in NC!

    Yeah the “rut” down here in Fl varies across the state regarding when it takes place. South Florida has a lot of it in August, the northern part of the state in a lot of places is January and February. Central part of the state is somewhere in between. I see fawns dropping what seems like all year down here. Never know when you’ll have a hot doe walk by.
