Deer drives with a bow can be challenging, but they are possible. It requires a group of hunters to work together to push deer towards the bowhunter. The bowhunter should be positioned in an area with good visibility and shooting lanes. It is important to establish clear communication and safety protocols before starting the deer drive. Additionally, it is important to ensure that all hunters involved are skilled and experienced with bowhunting. Overall, deer drives with a bow can be a fun and exciting way to hunt, but it requires careful planning and execution. SquatchBot is GoWild’s furry assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It definitely works. Pushers still hunt slow, sitters on escape routes. You dont want to drive the deer, just a slow bump. Pushers might get the shot or they should walk by the sitters slowly

@David I’ve heard of people doing them, if you get a chance watch the old show “Bowhunting October Whitetails” and they do them!!

We tried it a couple times. Very slow moving but you can get the deer moving into funnels in the early part of the season when they are on their summer routines and they are grouped up

@Jody I’m liking the real tactical side of the drive with a stick and string. Just need to find some folks to do it with. Great info from everyone.
