I am in New York and we usually start camping right around Memorial Day and we go until middle October time. I personally don’t like camping in the dead of summer (can’t stand the heat) thankfully the camper has a/c . But spring and fall are my favorite

@Joseph nice, that’s a pretty long season to get out then! That’s understandable, I don’t think I could take the heat there. I agree, fall camping is so nice, especially with campfires and less bugs.

@Everyday absolutely. We take the kids to a jellystone campground in Amish country Pennsylvania in October. It’s a nice time to be out there with all the Halloween and fall things to do. Lots of fun.

@Joseph that is so cool, I bet the colors are beautiful then, too. I’d love to road trip there sometime, it looks like a beautiful area and I’ve only been that way once during December.

Well maybe one day we can trade trips. You and your family can come here and we can go out there. I have never been out to Alaska and would love to go. Haha. One day.

@Joseph sounds like a plan! It’s pretty awesome, if you get the chance to visit it’s a great time.

    What a beautiful set-up!
It has been close to 80° here (Ohio) this past week, so my guess is folks have started camping already.

@Lisa thanks! Wow how nice! That sounds wonderful! It just snowed here today.
