well said! If I pull the trigger, the table is where it will be. If it's not harmful or toxic to the body, there IS a successful and tasty preparation method...as you said, some you just gotta work at it. Great post!

That is exactly the attitude we need as hunters. If you are going to take the animals life then you should utilize its flesh to the fullest. It's a gift!

These critters get a bad wrap when it comes to being fit for the table. I have found this to be true and false. 

Just like any critter it all depends on how you prepare it. Aoudad are just old sheep and need to be treated as such. They tend to be tough with a strong mutton flavor. So figuring out cultural dishes that utilize old sheeps and goats as the primary meat is key to a successful dinner. 

In my opinion and what I have done with mine are to slow cook the meat and spicing it around regions who eat such meats like middle eastern India Pakistan and the like. The meats strong mutton flavor pairs really good with curry and rich flavors. 

Stop wasting the meat and just learn how to cook it not everything can be smoked fried or grilled.
