When I tried frying they have a slimy consistency what’s your favorite way of preparing them?

@Steve I found when I fried them in pan it wasn’t as successful as an air fryer (if breaded). But I like to just sauté them like a stir fry. Now that I’ve found quite a few, I’m going to experiment a little bit

@Steve so I ended up throwing some slices on the traeger for a few minutes on either side. They turned out fantastic. I used them as a topping on venison burgers and that seemed like a big hit.
