I bet! How do you prepare them? We like butter, salt and pepper on toasted sourdough bread.

@Chris same way! Just not on bread. Usually with roasted Spaghetti squash. Great side with steak. Also they're fabulous in a creamy mushroom sauce.

Sometimes after I sauté them in butter and olive oil we make an omelette in the pan and then fill it with the mushrooms. The eggs pick up the flavor from the pan.
