I don’t give a hang if it is a Osceola, the minute that bird hit the water the decision to hunt another bird would’ve been made. 

While this is not the prettiest trophy to look at in his current state… this was my second Osceola turkey of my first trip to Florida. He gave me the full Florida experience by rolling into a swamp after I shot him, which I cautiously had the pleasure of retrieving.
