Awesome. I'm just trying to figure out how or the best way to hunt with my mountain Feist. This is just her second year. Any tips you have would be greatly appreciated!

Twice while we were in the woods she's seen a squirrel on the ground and chased it up a tree and was jumping on the tree and barking. One time the squirrel jumped to a couple different trees and she followed it barking like crazy 🤣. Other than that she smells the ground and runs around and will occasionally look up but I'm not sure if her running around makes the squirrels hide? I guess I want to help her reach her potential and not mess her up.

I’m dealing with the same thing. I know the squirrels are tough this time of year here. They head for dens an can see you coming a long ways.

Enjoy just being outdoors. Especially hunting and fishing. Live and breath turkeys.
