    I always wonder if we would be so crazy about turkey hunting if the wild turkey was the bird chosen to symbolize our nation. It almost was, with Benjamin Franklin being a huge advocate for it. Ultimately the bald eagle won obviously, but that doesn’t stop me from wondering. Yes, I am a nerd and I know it lol
