    @Mike I typically keep the first call I ever make as a visual of my roots and how I do on down the road. This call is different. I couldn’t passed it on to a better person! May the “Impersonator” help bring about the demise of many deer, my friend! I am so appreciative of your support of Mountain Music Game Calls!

    @Gobbler rest assured that “it will kill.” You hit perfection out of the gate on this one, so any future grunt call can take its place on your mantle as a fine substitute. I’m excited and ol’ Bucky is SCARED!

    @Mike that’s the best endorsement I could ever ask for. Thank you!

  • David's avatar

    With an endorsement like this how can you go wrong!

  • Gobbler Knob's avatar

    @David I couldn’t agree more!

  • James's avatar

    Man I can’t wait for mine!!! What a beautiful call!

  • Mike's avatar

    @James it is bro. But honestly, this thing could look like Quasimodo and I’d still fight 1000 angry pit bulls to keep it because of the way it sounds. Seriously.

  • David's avatar

    @Mike looks like Quasimodo sounds like an angel would be my interpretation of your comment. 😁

  • Mike's avatar

    @David a lot of deer are gonna become angels because of this call😜

  • David's avatar

    @Mike and then you...

  • Mike's avatar

    @David and then say

  • Dallas's avatar

    I’m going to tell Kandi to make this #1 on my Christmas list.

  • David's avatar

    @Mike I see you did a review on it but it cuts off and I can't read the rest of it. What's the rest of it?

  • Mike's avatar

    @Dallas I think Santa Clause and his chief elf are already aware….🤫

  • Mike's avatar

    @David I think you have to click it to load the whole thing, but here it is

  • David's avatar

    @Mike yeah it doesn't show it all for me even if I tap on it, just goes to your profile if I tap on your name. I brought this issue up with the team in a post I did recently.

  • Mike's avatar

    @David hmmmm. Are you android?

    Almost to purty to use.... me and @Derek might need to commission some duck calls to whisper sweet nothings to some Prarie birds. @Gobbler I'm thinking something exotic like elephant ivory, or petrified wood 🤣 no joke I've got an elk shed somewhere I could probably part with but not sure how it'd do in the lathe

  • Mike's avatar

    @Appalachian plastic has nothing on natural materials. I’m going to bring it to Colorado even though it’s a September hunt. Might stop one in his tracks if I jump him. Definitely looking forward to November here at home with it. No joke, this thing sounds AMAZING.

    @Mike I believe it, the boys I was duck hunting with were raving over the sounds I could make with my wood single reed duck call and the flock of a dozen birds i convinced to land to didn't seem to mind either.
    Honestly last year was the first year I've tried calling to deer and I'm mad I didn't start sooner. No doubt the wood call has more soul to it.

  • Mike's avatar

    @Appalachian absolutely man. I’ve called in more honkers with an old wooden call from Olt than I can count. I grunted in my first deer in the early ‘90’s. That’s honestly what increased my passion for turkey hunting. Talking to a wild critter can’t be beat. I’d like to witness that duck lingo you throw out there some day👊

  • Appalachian's avatar

    @Mike currently honkin and clucking on a Tim Grounds in cocobolo. There's just something about manipulating an animal with a tool and it's own foreign language. Don't even have to kill em, I just like tricking them. As for the ducks let's just say I tell a mean lie 🤣

  • David's avatar

    @Mike

  • Derek's avatar

    @Appalachian I couldn't agree more. Taking a couple of Rick's calls up to the duck factory would be incredible!

  • James's avatar

    @Mike man you’ve got me even more excited than I already am! Can’t wait to try it out!

  • Mike's avatar

    @James you will not be disappointed

  • Gobbler Knob's avatar

    @Appalachian waterfowl calls are on the product list, but I want to make sure i have these pot calls and grunt tubes down first. ☺️

  • Derek's avatar

    @Gobbler we'll be more than glad to field test some for you! Haha.

  • Gobbler Knob's avatar

    @Derek I appreciate your enthusiasm! 😎🥃🥃🥃

  • Gobbler Knob's avatar

    @Dallas Ho Ho Hooo! 🎅

  • Gobbler Knob's avatar

    @Appalachian taking that concept one step further, I have always been fascinated by the thought of gathering materials from all over the country. While as an individual piece, they do nothing, but put together in the proper manner, can produce a sound which will lure a game animal into gun range is something that will always inspire me to create my calls.

  • Appalachian's avatar

    @Gobbler Fair enough, and yeah i can only imagine the gratification of the process and final product, not to mention using it in the field as well
