Was able to get an evening sit in tonight in the saddle but unfortunately I didn't see any deer. I did see a big ol racoon though. 

I was set up in an area that I haven't really ever hunted before on our property. I had a few oak trees in the area that were dropping acorns and some decent game trails. I still think this is a good spot though and plan to hunt it again. Can't write a spot off after just 1 evening sit. 

The last photo is what happens when a wind gust blows a walnut out of a tree and you're doing 45 mph on the road next to said tree.
