    yeah the PGC has been banding turkeys for the last few years. I think the last 3 years maybe longer now but I'm pretty sure they're going to keep banding and using the gps transmitters for the foreseeable future. there's a good chance both those birds have a transmitter too! if either was a gobbler it'd be pretty neat to kill one and hear about where all it's been! I guess once the transmitter is on for a couple days they usually disappear out of sight under their feathers. but that's neat man I'd love to get one that's banded or whatever! I know they trapped a bunch around my house this year so maybe! ya never know... either way good luck to ya!
